Return Policy: PRINT MUSIC: + If an item* is returned within 30 days of original invoice date, we will give a FULL REFUND using the method of payment at the time of purchase, if possible, subject to the exceptions below. + If an item* is returned after 30 days of original invoice date, we will give STORE CREDIT for the full credit toward another item, subject to the exceptions below. ACCESSORIES: + If an item** is returned within 30 days of original invoice date, we will give a FULL REFUND using the method of payment at the time of purchase, if possible, subject to the exceptions below. + If an item** is returned after 30 days of original invoice date, we will give STORE CREDIt for the full credit toward another item, subject to the exceptions below. SERIALIZED EQUIPMENT (INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT W/SERIAL NUMBERS): + If equipment is returned within 20 days of original invoice date, we will give FULL CREDIT toward the purchase of another instrument (neglect, misuse, and abuse of equipment, as determined by Royal Music Co., Inc., voids this policy). + If equipment purchaed from Royal Music Co., Inc. is returned at any time due to a manufacturer's defect, Royal Music Co.l, Inc. will act as liaison between the namufacturer and consumer pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Shipping cost may apply. + Equipment returned after 20 but before 90 days of original invoice date will be subject to evaluation by Royal Music Co., Inc. and applicable rent will be deducted from the amount of SSTORE CREDIT issued. This rental fee will equal 5% (five percent) of the cash purchase price per month, or the current monthly rental rate applicable, whichever is greater. Equipment must be returned in good condition (normal wear and tear, as determined by Royal Music Co., Inc., excepted). *PRINT MUSIC EXCEPTIONS * Books may be returned, but there must be absolutely no writing on any part of the book and there may not be even slight blemishes, "dog-eared" corners, or evidence of photocopying. All of these circumstances void our return policy for print music. **ACCESSORIES EXCEPTIONS ** The following items are returneable only if defective OR unopened/unused, If and only if these criteria are met, an exchange or STORE CREDIT will be issued for purchase price: strings, reeds, small/ethnic wind instruments (recoreders, tin whistles, etc.), drum heads, drum sticks, CDs, DVDs, videos, cleaners, plishes, and polishing cloths. ** Harmonicas are NEVER returnable unless defective. Should defect occur, contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. ** Mouthpieces may be returned if original packaging is intact, but will incur a sterilization/restocking fee. Any exceptions must be cleared with Royal Music Co., Inc. at the time of original purchase and documented on purchase receipt.
